Brooke Andrews, Certified Rolf Practitioner
The human body is an expression of health. Some people seem better expressed then others. But the truth is we all have inherent health and movement, call it prana, chi, or life force energy it never leaves us. Through my practice of CranioSacral therapy or Structural Integration I seek the clearest and most dynamic expression of your health. Through subtle manipulation, freedom in the tissue is restored, fluid flow is normalized and thus intrinsic healing follows.

Nicholas’ style of massage focuses on overall relaxation, deep tissue work, client education, and injury-specific modalities as appropriate to the needs and concerns of the client. His goal is to help the client become more mindful and present in a way that relaxes the body, calms the mind, and promotes a sense of well-being and contentment.
